How a Loan Request Moves From Catapult to a Provider
Use Catapult to compare the product, prepare the required information and complete an application. Any resulting offer or agreement identifies the financial provider responsible for its own credit decision, pricing, terms and funding.

Know the recipient before you submit.
The Get Started page contains Catapult’s application form. Before entering personal, income or account information, read the privacy, electronic-consent and application disclosures shown with the form.
Information entered into the application may be processed by technical service providers used to operate the form and by the financial provider evaluating the application, subject to the displayed consent and applicable law.
Catapult’s Privacy Policy, E-Consent and Terms And Conditions explain the surrounding website and application context.
A fast response is not the same as an accepted loan.
Prequalification, matching, an initial response and a final credit decision can be different stages. If a provider presents an offer, compare the actual dollar cost, payment schedule, legal provider and applicable terms rather than assuming the headline amount or speed is guaranteed.
For credit-review questions, use the Bad Credit Loans guide. For cost, use the Loan Costs page.
Pause at the agreement.
| Confirm before accepting | Why it matters |
|---|---|
| Legal provider / creditor | Identifies who makes the loan and who must supply the binding terms. |
| Cash actually received | A fee deducted before disbursement can make net proceeds smaller than the principal. |
| APR / finance charge / fees | Lets you compare the price using the provider’s required disclosures. |
| Payment dates and amounts | Shows the real cash-flow obligation, not just a headline rate. |
| ACH or other payment authorization | Explains how payments may be taken and what to do if a debit problem occurs. |
| Servicer / support contact | Tells you who can handle payoff, hardship, payment and account questions. |
Decision, release and bank posting are separate checkpoints.
Even after a provider approves an application and completes an agreement, funds still have to be released and then posted by the receiving bank or payment service. Cutoffs, weekends, verification and transfer method can affect timing.
Use the Same-Day Loans timeline when timing is the critical decision. It explains which checkpoint to verify instead of promising a universal arrival time.
Loan-request questions
Does submitting a request guarantee approval?
No. The provider applies its own criteria and controls any credit decision and final terms.
Who sets the interest rate and repayment terms?
The provider identified in the offer or agreement. Website examples and calculators are not provider quotes.
Can the website calculator check my credit?
No. The calculators use only the values you enter in your browser and do not make a credit decision.
When should I send sensitive documents?
Only after you have identified the recipient and are using the intended secure request or provider channel.
What if I already have a loan?
Use the lender or servicer named in your agreement. The support page can help identify the right route for payments, debits, funding or complaints.
Ready for the next step?
Review the repayment and provider disclosures, then continue to the application when you are ready.
