Acceptance and permitted use.

Catapult’s website role and third-party providers.

Catapult Funding provides loan information, comparison tools and a loan application service. Unless a separate, verified disclosure expressly states otherwise for a particular product, the provider identified in the offer or agreement is responsible for its own underwriting, credit decision, pricing, agreement, funding, servicing and collection.

Third-party websites, application-form services, lenders, networks, banks and payment providers may have their own eligibility rules, terms, privacy notices and communications policies. Review those documents before submitting sensitive information or accepting an offer.

Product information, availability and no guarantee.

Amounts, fees, APRs, terms, funding times, eligibility criteria and product availability can vary by provider, state and individual circumstances. Examples and state-law summaries on the website are educational and are not a personalized offer.

A provider controls whether an offer is made and the binding terms of that offer. Do not rely on a headline amount, “same day” wording, estimated calculator result or eligibility guide as a promise of approval or funding.

Calculators and decision tools.

Calculators, selectors, timelines and worksheets are provided for educational comparison. Their results depend entirely on the inputs and assumptions displayed on the page. They do not check credit, verify income, approve a loan, replace required disclosures or predict a lender’s decision.

Changes, severability and controlling product terms.

We may update these Terms when the website or service changes. The current version is effective when posted with its updated date. If part of these Terms is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to the extent permitted by law.

If you accept a loan or other financial product, the agreement supplied by the actual provider controls the financial product and may contain separate governing-law, dispute-resolution, payment and servicing provisions.
