Organize documents by the question they answer.

Why this page does not publish one universal cutoff

A minimum income, credit score, account history or maximum age taken from another company would not establish Catapult’s requirements. Provider rules and the underlying legal product can differ.

Ask for the specific rules of the offer you are considering. Check whether preliminary eligibility wording is complete or whether additional conditions appear during review. A statement that an income source can be considered is not the same as an acceptance promise.

If the provider is not yet identified, prepare the questions rather than sending extra documents in the hope that more data will improve approval. The process page explains the recipient boundary.

A useful preparation sequence

Read the provider’s current instructions first. Assemble only the records it actually accepts and check that names, dates and amounts are consistent. Keep original copies and record what was submitted through the secure channel.

Ask what to do if a requested document is unavailable rather than inventing a substitute. For a review delay, obtain the exact missing item and whether the provider has received your earlier upload.

Before submission, calculate the remaining expense gap and repayment margin. Being ready to supply documents is not the same as being ready to take on the obligation.

Common questions

Requirements questions

Can I apply without a traditional credit score?

The actual provider’s product and policy determine what information is used. Do not assume either universal acceptance or universal rejection from that fact alone.

Is an active bank account always required?

Payment methods differ by product and provider. Ask which account types or alternatives are accepted instead of treating a rule from one website as universal.

Will completing this checklist improve my approval odds?

No approval model is applied here. The checklist organizes information and exposes unanswered questions; it does not predict or change a lender decision.

Should I send my documents to the site contact page?

No. Use the secure channel of the identified provider when required. Site-support messages should not contain bank credentials or full identity numbers.

Ready for the next step?

Review the repayment and provider disclosures, then continue to the application when you are ready.
